Job Description
• Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive, compliant education strategy
• Ensure consistency, clinical excellence, and alignment with global regulatory and ethical standards
• Partner cross‑functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, and regional teams
• Create non-promotional, clinically focused education programs for physicians and allied professionals
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs subject matter experts to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong clinical background
- 8-10+ years in medical education, clinical training, or related roles within MedTech or healthcare
- Proven experience designing global training programs and engaging KOLs
- Deep understanding of cardiovascular therapies and interventional procedures
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
