• As a Control-M Administrator and Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our client's batch job schedulers, FTP Server connections, connectivity with the file storage (OnBase) and maintenance ensuring they operate smoothly and securely to meet business needs. • Scheduler Installation and Configuration: Installing and configuring new software on servers and workstations as needed. • Scheduler Monitoring: Actively monitoring scheduler, identifying potential issues, possible network bottlenecks, and security threats, etc. • Scheduler User Account Management: Creating, managing, and maintaining user accounts and permissions to ensure data security and access control. • Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to scheduler, network connectivity, and user access. • Security Management: Implementing and enforcing security policies, managing firewalls, etc. • Performance Optimization: Monitoring scheduler performance metrics and implementing optimization strategies to improve efficiency and responsiveness. • Capacity Planning: Assessing future needs and planning for upgrades or infrastructure changes to accommodate growth as needed.
