This is a remote position that will play a critical role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. This role is critical to maintaining strong controls and thoughtful financial leadership as we grow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS financial management and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, virtual environment. This role offers a growth path to CFO as the company continues to scale. The ideal candidate is someone who not only excels in execution today but is eager to grow into broader financial leadership, including strategic planning, capital strategy, and executive partnership over time. What You’ll Do Financial Management Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and month-end/year-end close processes. Act as a trusted financial partner to leadership by delivering clear, accurate insights that inform decision-making Financial Reporting & Accuracy Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts for leadership and stakeholders. Continuously improve reporting to make financial data more actionable and accessible. Cash Flow Management Monitor and manage cash flow to support our continued growth while maintaining our break-even status. Support budgeting and forecasting in a high-growth SaaS environment, proactively identifying risks and opportunities. Payroll and Benefits Administration Manage end-to-end payroll processing and benefits administration with accuracy and compliance. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls. Process Improvement Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial operations as we scale. Challenge existing workflows, test improvements, learn from results, and iterate quickly. Take action when something isn’t working—own the problem and fix it. Compliance and Audit Readiness Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other relevant financial regulations.
