Reporting & Compliance: Generate and review ASI reports and system equipment reports (SERs) to track maintenance outcomes, equipment readiness, and lifecycle issues in accordance with DISA Circular 270-A85-1. Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding scheduled maintenance, providing timely notifications and situational awareness to leadership and mission partners. Resource Management: Monitor and manage IT resources allocated to support customer requirements, ensuring they are operated at peak effectiveness throughout their lifecycle. Baseline Control: Establish and maintain configuration baselines for Storefront systems, ensuring all hardware, software, and documentation align with DISA STIGs and security protocols.
