Job Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, with a focus on process improvement.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification, prior authorizations, and payer requirements.
- Proficiency with EHR systems and intake management platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in autism or behavioral health (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM or referral management software (preferred).
- Detail oriented.
- Willingness to be flexible and accountable and flourish in a fast-paced environment.
- Juggle multiple tasks effortlessly, never losing sight of priorities and deadlines.
- Thrive on breaking down complex problems into manageable components, meticulously examining each aspect to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.
- Excel in tasks that require critical thinking, data analysis, and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from large volumes of information.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills that enable you to collaborate effectively across teams.
