Job Description

• Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by actively participating, taking responsibility, and following established procedures and policies. • Provide day-to-day leadership and management of DEKRA’s proprietary Safety products and service. • Serve as a subject matter expert in an array of Health and Safety regulations, standards, and industry best practices. • Provide exceptional customer service to clients using DEKRA’s Safety solutions and in support of DEKRA EHS systems. • Assess, audit, inspect client systems and operations and offer corrective actions or improvements, where indicated. • Prepare and deliver reports of findings, recommendations, etc., to client safety and leadership teams. • Advise clients on best practices and tools to support continuous improvement in safety compliance and performance. • Provide project management, sales support, and contribute to business development initiatives. • Represent DEKRA at conferences and events through thought leadership and presentations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in EHS or a technical discipline.
10+ years of EHS experience in consulting, industry, or regulatory settings with demonstrated program leadership.
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is preferred, Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) is a plus.
Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Demonstrated client relationship management skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, across all organizational levels.
Experience with organizational improvement initiatives (e.g., safety, quality).
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects.
