Job Description

• Lead analytics engagements across sales effectiveness, marketing analytics, omnichannel strategy, customer targeting, and market access—linking analyses to clear decisions and actions. • Frame ambiguous commercial questions into structured analytical approaches, hypotheses, and decision frameworks; facilitate whiteboarding sessions to align stakeholders quickly. • Design, prototype, and scale new analytics solutions tailored to client priorities; convert pilots into repeatable programs and sustainable operating models. • Serve as a senior advisor to client leaders; lead executive readouts, strategic working sessions, and roadmap planning. • Own growth and expansion within assigned accounts: identify opportunities, shape demand, develop proposals, and drive adoption of new capabilities. • Build and manage expansion pipeline: convert stakeholder conversations into concrete workstreams and measurable revenue impact. • Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams (analysts, data scientists, consultants, data engineers, BI developers); set standards for analytical rigor, storytelling, and client communication. • Partner cross-functionally to ensure solutions are scalable, documented, and aligned to governance, compliance, and data standards.

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in life sciences analytics or consulting with sustained focus on pharma commercial analytics across sales, marketing, and/or market access.
  • Proven track record leading client-facing engagements with senior stakeholders; strong executive presence and the ability to influence decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive account growth: repeatedly identifying, shaping, and converting expansion opportunities (not delivery-only).
  • Strong data familiarity across commercial domains (e.g., prescription/claims, HCP/account, promotion/omnichannel, formulary/access/payer).
  • Exceptional problem structuring and whiteboarding skills; ability to translate ambiguity into clear solution roadmaps.
  • Excellent people leadership, coaching, and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or life sciences discipline (advanced degree preferred).

Benefits

  • Flexible work arrangements
  • Supportive, high-performance environment
  • Opportunities to lead transformative AI projects with industry impact
  • Professional growth, mentorship, and leadership visibility
  • Exposure to innovative data products and scalable analytics solutions
