Job Description
• Immerse yourself in the fire service culture
• Create strong end-user demand by educating fire departments on lighting challenges
• Develop, grow, and support a high-performing dealer network
• Drive territory activity and pipeline momentum by leading high-impact demos
• Crush the target by consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of channel sales experience selling through a dealer or distributor network (required)
- Experience in the Fire/EMS sector, 12V lighting systems, or a similar public service or technical equipment market (strongly preferred)
- Firefighter experience is a plus
- Ability to command attention and earn trust quickly
- Excellent relationship-building skills
