Job Description

• Work closely with the Senior Director of Clinical, Operational, and Payment Analytics to develop and maintain analytics infrastructure • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements • Develop and execute data-driven strategies aligning with the company's mission • Interpret and analyze complex data sets utilizing various statistical methods • Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders • Design and develop data models, data flows, and data integration processes • Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions • Perform detailed data analysis on the structure, content, and quality of data • Deliver reports and interpret results from data to various business units

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or nearing graduation
2-3 years of experience in data analysis or related roles, especially in Service and Operations business areas
Three or more years conducting advanced analytics using SAS and/or SQL
Must have deep understanding and hands-on experience with Tableau
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Self-motivated and takes initiative to identify opportunities for improvement
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to communicate customers about data needs and explaining report methodologies
Working knowledge of utilizing Enterprise Data Warehouse
Experience managing multiple initiatives or projects at a given time
Ability to foster teamwork and positive attitude
