Job Description
• Define and own the product vision and strategy for digital
• Develop a multi-year roadmap aligned with Sales’ bookings
• Act as a thought leader in ad tech
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of Product Managers
• Oversee and guide the design, development, and launch of new features
• Develop deep relationships with publishers, agencies, and technology vendors
• Present product strategies and updates to executive leadership
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of product strategy management experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role
- Deep expertise in digital advertising, programmatic media, and ad tech integrations
- Strong technical knowledge of order management systems, ad servers, DSPs, and API integrations
- Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, aligning with business goals
- Strong analytical mindset using data and KPIs to inform product decisions
- Experience working in an Agile development process
- Excellent communication skills
