Job Description

• Research for state healthcare licensing boards to determine what licenses they issue • Identify licensing boards' websites, data files, APIs, and necessary data points • Build and maintain a centralized repository in Notion for all 330+ boards • Collaborate with the Verification TPM and Government Excellence team • Serve as the go-to person for questions regarding verification sources • Partner with Technical Support and Client Success to resolve source-related customer issues • Support communication between the company and external licensing boards

Job Requirements

3+ years in a research, data-focused, or compliance role
A track record of building and maintaining "Source of Truth" knowledge bases or wikis
A proven ability to maintain detailed records, change logs, and technical specs
A basic understanding of how APIs and web scraping power data pipelines
Exceptional attention to detail
Extreme patience and persistence when navigating inconsistent processes
Ability to translate dense regulatory rules for technical and non-technical teams
