• Managing process and coordination of scope of work • Establish a process to check the condition of the units before the procurement process • Produce status reports of the surveyed units • Coordinate with Engineering team all the required Refurbishment scopes of work • Produce the list of required parts for the refurbishment process • Use GE tools to order parts and raise engineering queries • Estimate the budget of the Refurbishment work • Contact the refurbishment facility (internal or external to GEV) and agree with them on: Scope of work, Time schedule, Required Parts, Cost of the process • Supervise the work during execution • Obtain final report • Coordinate the time schedule of refurbishment among several units that need to be refurbished
