• Lead and manage overseas outsourcing partners responsible for submission clearance, rating, endorsement processing, and other policy administration functions • Oversee and develop a small internal operations team handling policy servicing, agency appointments, and licensing • Serve as primary liaison to parent company functions including accounting, finance, regulatory filings, licensing, and IT; ensure alignment and follow-through • Coordinate directly with carriers, departments of insurance, and other external stakeholders on data calls, reporting, audits, and information requests • Act as the operational hub across underwriting, claims, administrators, and leadership to resolve issues and create process clarity • Take ownership of special projects and emerging needs, bringing structure and execution to areas where responsibility may not be clearly defined
