• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts • Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on schedule • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes • Support preparation of financial statements and internal reporting • Initiate and track electronic payments, transfers, and deposits • Monitor daily cash activity and bank balances • Prepare cash position reports and support cash flow forecasting • Investigate and resolve discrepancies • Perform timely reconciliations for bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and other key financial data • Ensure proper coding, approvals, and adherence to company policies • Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment runs • Maintain vendor records and support vendor inquiries • Support payroll reconciliations and compliance reporting • Assist with payroll processing and payroll journal entries • Coordinate with HR on employee changes and payroll updates
