Job Requirements
- Must have industry experience working in Healthcare insurance and partnering with Finance.
- Proven experience successfully launching and managing healthtech and fintech products.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations like HIPAA and insurance workflows.
- Strong knowledge of financial services like banking, asset management, and data.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, backlog management, user story creation, and leading sprint planning and reviews.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to align and manage expectations with diverse stakeholders like executives, technical teams, and customers.
- Proficient in AI-driven tools and solutions to improve processes, optimize performance, and support continuous innovation.
- Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Strong critical thinking skills to define requirements, analyze data, resolve complex issues, translate complex needs across technical and business teams, and drive confident decisions.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Figma, PostHogTableau, and AI tools.
- Strong customer focus with deep empathy and experience working with internal and external customers while being able to navigate disagreements and escalate issues effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, computer science, or a related field.
