Job Description

• Accurately input data into internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases. • Review source documents to verify data accuracy and completeness. • Maintain and update records to ensure all information is current and properly organized. • Perform routine audits to identify and correct data inconsistencies. • Collaborate with other remote team members to resolve data-related issues. • Handle confidential information securely and professionally. • Generate reports or summaries as requested by supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a data entry, clerical, or administrative support role.
  • Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy required).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and general computer literacy.
