Job Description
• Set the strategy for technology growth and partner with development teams
• Preserve and enhance top line revenue associated with our Insurance LOB
• Maximize client performance and profitability of the service line
• Ensure highest standards of customer service and operational effectiveness
• Serve as the national leader and subject matter expert for the Insurance LOB
• Provide input on pricing new business and financial modeling
• Oversee and improve the end-to-end operating model for new client intake
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health care administration or other relevant degree
- 10 to 15 years’ experience with appropriate healthcare transactions
- Knowledge of the competitive Insurance Line of Business landscape
- Prior P&L and budget management experience
- Prior experience leading total team size of 250 or larger
- Strong analytical skills to assess current performance and make recommendations
- Effective persuasion and influence skill to drive change internally and client results externally
