Job Description

• Support Customer Success Managers in managing customer relationships and ongoing engagement • Assist with building Customer Success Plans, including customer goals, milestones, and adoption strategies • Help track customer progress against key success metrics and KPIs • Participate in customer meetings and internal account team discussions (as appropriate) • Help prepare materials for recurring customer cadence meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly check-ins) • Support customer adoption efforts by helping identify new ways customers can use SuccessKPI across teams • Assist in documenting customer feedback, product requests, and escalation needs for internal teams • Collaborate with internal partners across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Education • Support workshops and enablement sessions by helping organize content and follow-up actions • Maintain and build knowledge of the SuccessKPI platform, new features, and best practices

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Interest in Customer Success, SaaS, and customer-facing roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage tasks proactively and work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Calm, thoughtful approach to problem-solving
  • A customer-first mindset and willingness to help customers overcome hurdles
  • Desire to learn and grow skills in customer engagement, success planning, and SaaS operations
  • Familiarity with data and analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, etc.) (Nice to Have)
  • Interest in contact center technology and customer experience analytics (Nice to Have)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams or project coordination (Nice to Have)
  • Exposure to SaaS platforms, support tools, or CRM systems (Nice to Have)
