About the Role This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to have real ownership over a fast growing AI voice product. You will be responsible for overseeing the product execution for Fiona, an AI Dental Receptionist, and the underlying systems that connect with individual dentist offices. As an early member of the team, you’ll help shape our product, design, and culture as we scale. Key Responsibilities Product Development: Work closely with Senior Management to create and own the product roadmap for Fiona Own the visual design of Flossy HQ Own the audio design of all of the Fiona conversations Work directly with engineering to execute and launch additional features and product improvements Own customer research and feedback Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and product improvements. Qualifications Excited to work at a small company in growth mode with very little process. Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving technical challenges. Experience at a small (less than 20) person startup Clear, concise communicator—both written and verbal. Bonus: Experience in the dental industry or familiarity with dental practice management systems.
