Job Requirements
- 3–7+ years in B2B GTM, sales, or growth roles at high-velocity, early-stage companies
- Experience building outbound systems (Nooks/Gong, Apollo, Phantom, LinkedIn automations, CRM setup, Clay)
- Strong track record generating pipeline AND closing deals
- Comfortable with both
- volume
- (messages, calls) and
- strategy
- (positioning, ICPs)
- A data-driven mindset: doing, testing, measuring, iterating
- Clear communication: crisp writing, strong verbal presence, compelling storytelling
- High accountability: you own outcomes and move deals forward with discipline
- Ability to translate creative work into commercial value
- Affinity for brand, design, creativity, or marketing (you don’t need to be a designer)
- Thrives in ambiguity; excels when building systems from scratch

- Experience selling design, brand systems, creative services, or consulting
- Managed or coached SDRs or junior sellers
- Exposure to SaaS, AI tools, or platform ecosystems
- Experience with retainer models, multi-phase scopes, or partnership-style sales
