Job Description

• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close. • Drive consistent pipeline growth through disciplined outbound activity, targeted research, and creative prospecting strategies. • Lead consultative conversations that surface customer needs and translate them into clear value for Sertifi by Flywire. • Coordinate closely with product, operations, and marketing to ensure a smooth path from prospect to signed deal to successful implementation.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of full cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS.
  • High EQ, strong judgment, and the ability to navigate conversations with clarity and confidence.
  • A consultative seller who can build rapport quickly and translate customer needs into clear solutions.
  • Familiar with Salesforce or another CRM and disciplined with data.
  • Motivated by outbound motion and winning net new business.
