• Lead a cross-functional team in the delivery of Advisory offerings in Business Strategy and AI • Partner with clients to shape and execute strategies that leverage AI technologies and innovative approaches for measurable business outcomes • Ensure responsible, scalable, and human-centric adoption as well as overall business readiness and enablement • Provide strategic leadership to ensure that decision-making aligns to long term objectives for realized value • Advise clients on business strategy, including leadership alignment, policies and procedures, governance, Centers of Excellence, process evaluation, and organizational design/development • Deliver and support continued development of Business Advisory offerings and cross-discipline offerings within the Advisory subdomain • Facilitate engaging conversations, workshops, and interviews for meaningful discovery that lead to insights, business intelligence, and recommendations • Mentor Advisory consultants in AI fluency, client strategy, and facilitation skills
