What You'll Be Doing Leading a cross-functional product engineering team Supporting the growth of our Software Engineers Driving technical delivery, continuous improvement and innovation Partnering closely with technical/business leaders and teams to understand business processes and data flows/challenges/opportunities, and design solutions to deliver better outcomes for our clients and colleagues Recruiting and shaping an existing team to be a high-performing set of talented and experienced professionals Ownership of services under your team - maintenance, support, security and continuous improvement Establish a culture that is driven by purpose and excellence, and a team that is motivated to make a difference About You Strong technology leadership experience within complex organisations You set guard rails around scope, technology, quality, NFRs, and best practices, then empower your team to find the best solution within these guard rails You enjoy working in a product and client value driven environment.
