Job Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with exposure to public accounting.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP Business by Design, Concur, Adaptive) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, If Statements, Sumifs, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate financial information.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
