Job Description

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns across Casino and Sportsbook verticals (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) • Manage promotional calendars including bonus campaigns, free bets, tournaments, gamification mechanics, and seasonal offers • Support full player lifecycle activities (acquisition activation, retention, reactivation) • Build and maintain advanced customer segmentation strategies based on behavioral and transactional data (casino activity, betting behavior, deposit patterns) • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize engagement, conversion, and retention metrics • Monitor daily campaign performance and conduct regular auditing of CRM activities • Track and analyze key CRM KPIs (GGR impact, retention, ARPU, engagement metrics) • Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve CRM performance across both verticals • Process and prioritize requests from internal stakeholders • Collaborate closely with Product teams during new GEO launches and feature rollouts • Formulate requirements for CRM enhancements and refine existing processes • Work hands-on with CRM automation tools (Optimove, Smartico, Customer.io or similar)

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on CRM experience in the iGaming industry (Casino and Sportsbook)
  • Strong understanding of bonus mechanics, free bet logic, player lifecycle funnels, and engagement strategies
  • Proven experience in segmentation and personalized communication strategies
  • Practical experience with CRM automation platforms (Optimove, Smartico, Customer.io or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) — confident spoken and written communication for day-to-day collaboration in an international environment.
