• Lead service project execution from initiation to close-out, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction • Coordinate with operations, field, and production teams to verify service completion and resolve project issues • Oversee documentation and data management in ERP and scheduling tools (e.g., SAP, MSA) • Facilitate communication between commercial, finance, and project management teams to support accounts receivable reduction • Manage order schedules, shipments, and on-time delivery of materials for service projects • Provide administrative and customer support, including project updates, scheduling, and change notices • Resolve customer disputes and ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection • Collaborate with sales contacts to verify order details and finalize project documentation • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
