Job Description
• Lead initiatives that strengthen MSO performance, drive engagement, and enable consistent execution across the organization.
• Build and implement scalable systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across MSOs, Affinity Groups, and the overall platform.
• Establish processes for consistent data collection, validation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability of performance metrics.
• Create regular strategic performance reports for the SOG, MSO leadership teams, and MSO Boards, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas of opportunity.
• Develop dynamic dashboards for real-time performance monitoring across MSOs and Affinity Groups.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across all MSOs and Affinity Groups.
• Collaborate with the VP, MSO Value Creation, and Affinity Groups to define strategies for improving operational and financial metrics.
• Partner with the Data and AI Affinity Group to leverage advanced analytics and predictive modeling to enhance decision-making and drive measurable improvements.
• Work closely with MSO leadership teams and Affinity Groups to ensure alignment between performance tracking and Value Creation Plans (VCPs).
• Support the integration of new MSOs into the platform by establishing performance tracking frameworks that align with their unique goals and challenges.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across MSOs and Affinity Groups to promote best practices and accelerate growth.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve KPIs across operational, clinical, and financial dimensions.
• Collaborate with the Integration Management and IT Infrastructure TAGs to streamline workflows and optimize processes that enhance performance outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, data analytics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH) preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and managing performance tracking systems and delivering actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., SmartSheets, Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable strategies to drive performance outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of healthcare operations, clinical trial services, and value-based care principles.
