• Design high-quality creative assets across paid social, display, video, and other performance channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and beyond) • Operate fluidly within MasterClass's design system, maintaining brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries for performance • Own end-to-end production workflows using Figma and Figma Buzz automation to efficiently scale asset production across formats and variants • Partner closely with the Performance Marketing team to translate campaign strategy and audience insights into compelling visual concepts • Iterate rapidly on creative based on performance data, A/B test results, and team feedback • Develop motion design assets and animated creative for paid placements (a strong plus) • Identify and implement smarter, faster ways to produce and scale creative output without sacrificing quality • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, and Growth teams to ensure cohesion across channels
