• Oversee administration of tax filings and notice resolution with government tax agencies • Work across Tax Filing Shared Services to mitigate escalations • Respond to Client and Client Team inquiries • Educate clients and provide subject matter expertise for payroll tax filing and notice resolution • Support and provide timely research on compliance and regulatory issues • Recognize need for process improvement and communicate to management • Meet periodically with Operation Services Manager and report metrics and any delivery issues • Support implementation of new clients • Compile, report and analyze metrics • Research and resolve payroll tax notices in a timely manner • Mentor and support colleagues • Approve checklists and coordinate testing for updated interfaces
