• Build and maintain robust three-statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Own and update the company’s monthly and long-range financial model • Develop headcount and operating expense models to support scaling initiatives • Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling for strategic decisions • Support capital allocation analysis and ROI assessments • Own monthly financial model formatting and reporting packages required by investors/lenders (e.g., Rubicon or similar institutional format) • Support bank reporting and covenant compliance calculations • Prepare reconciliations, variance analyses, and financial statement “walks” • Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership • Support acquisition evaluation and financial diligence as needed • Develop transaction models including pro forma financial statements • Coordinate with external diligence providers, bankers, and advisors as needed • Own financial model within the company’s EPM system • Enhance forecasting tools and reporting automation • Improve data integrity and modeling processes
