Job Description
• Manage a portfolio of accounts (partners).
• Generate revenue through the partnership by developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Create and maintain key relationships, and drive new sales opportunities by engaging with each partner's sales organization.
• Include travel as necessary to manage the business.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical or health care related field.
- A proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and ability to forge strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization - both internally and externally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to maintain strong relationships and reach resolutions.
- Quick learner and self-starter; you thrive in a hyper-growth environment where you often face ambiguity and change.
- Interested in the healthcare industry and the challenges/complexities of industry transformation.
- Interest in revenue generation and sales excellence.
- Experience working with health plans or other healthcare sales or business development, strategic alliances, strategic partners or pharmacy benefits managers is a plus.
