• Lead the analysis, documentation, and refinement of business requirements for high-impact, complex initiatives. • Serve as a liaison between the Business, Architecture, Development and Testing teams throughout the project life cycle. • Identify, assess, and document business requirements, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs. • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other functional documentation. • Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to ensure business needs are reflected in technical designs. • Work closely with Agile teams and business stakeholders to ensure all scenarios are properly tested, defects are resolved, and the delivered solution meets business expectations and quality standards. • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
