Job Description
• Support pre and post-sales activities for a market-leading incident management platform
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams
• Drive deals by uncovering customer pain points
• Assist in securing large enterprise deals with Fortune 500 customers
• Provide technical support during the Proof of Value process
• Ensure a seamless transition for new customers to Customer Success
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of customer-facing experience in enterprise SaaS sales or incident response
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication and discovery skills
- College degree or equivalent experience required
