Job Description

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product decisions • Create a business plan including analysis of the market, validation of opportunity, financial forecasting, potential risks, and go/no-go recommendations • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch • Resolve roadblocks as an escalation point to keep the roadmap on track • Ensure product development meets business requirements and enables a seamless customer and/or partner experience • Utilize data and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product success • Effectively communicate product updates, milestones, and changes to internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and plans

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role
  • More than 10 years of equivalent professional experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current experience within Cisco Operations/ IT and understanding of Cisco Business Process and System Landscape strongly preferred
  • Masters, MBA, or Consulting equivalent experience preferred
