Job Description

• Lead the design, architecture, implementation, and configuration of the NetSuite ERP system. • Possess deep understanding of the platform including system architecture, application configuration, release management, and system API integration. • Collaborate with various business units to deliver efficient solutions. • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for NetSuite, ensuring system integrity and performance. • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues as they arise.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6+ years of systems engineering experience, with 3+ years of experience configuring, managing, and supporting NetSuite ERP.
Proficiency with JavaScript-based SuiteScript development, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
Experience building and maintaining integrations between NetSuite and external systems.
Strong understanding of financial processes (AP, AR, reporting) and SOX compliance.
Experience supporting ERP systems in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, life sciences, or manufacturing).
Deep understanding of NetSuite modules such as Finance, CRM, Manufacturing, Procurement, and how they interrelate.
Familiarity with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 11, and system validation best practices.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
