Job Description
• Develop a strong understanding of Virta’s client value model, performance measurement frameworks, and reporting workflows
• Maintain high-impact dashboards, metrics, and workflows to ensure our external partners receive accurate data
• Calculate and validate performance outcomes used in internal and external value reporting
• Partner with the Advanced Analytics & AI and Client Success teams to turn outcomes into clear, compelling stories
• Collaborate across teams to automate repeatable workflows, using AI to push the boundaries of efficiency and precision
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst, analytics, or data-focused role
- Strong SQL skills to explore data, validate metrics, and support rigorous, audit-ready outputs
- Ability to define metrics clearly and ensure consistency through documentation and governance
- Systems-oriented mindset with a track record of improving or automating repeatable processes
- Strong communication skills, with experience translating complex data into clear insights for internal and external audiences
