• Be a subject matter expert for clients that are implementing Alkami’s digital banking product set with a focus on Commercial Banking/Cash Management. • Analyzes client banking operations and maps requirements to Alkami’s digital banking platform. • Conduct in-depth analysis of customers’ commercial banking operations as well as map and document requirements. • Create business requirement documentation to identify customer requirements and industry best practices. • Engage with cross functional teams to identify and support the implementation of improved Delivery processes. • Advocate for clients’ business users across the platform and advise Product Management regarding business needs. • Communicate status updates and progress to leadership and internal stakeholders. • Understand the current Alkami platform offering to identify and document functionality gaps. • Work closely with Alkami Product Management team to prioritize and map clients’ commercial banking needs within the product roadmap. • Work as a liaison between Alkami customers and the Alkami Implementation Services teams, assisting with the translation between business requirements and solution configuration.
