Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership managing high-performing Data Engineering teams
- Strong background in data engineering, distributed systems, data modeling, and large-scale data processing technologies (e.g., Spark, Flink, or similar)
- Experience leading efforts to build shared tooling, infrastructure, or platform features enabling faster and more reliable work for data engineering teams
- Ability to advocate for smart investments in infrastructure, efficiency, and long-term architectural value
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
