• Lead the delivery of secure, scalable, headless Sitecore XM Cloud solutions for US healthcare clients • Mentor teams and drive technical excellence from architecture through launch • Write high-quality, reusable code following industry best practices • Develop (in collaboration with other team members) creative, functional, maintainable, and performance-driven web applications, websites and components • Write concise technical documentation for new and enhanced solutions according to established standards • Project-based work and contributing to our internal library of reusable components • Provide estimates on work efforts • Provide senior-level support to developers on your team through mentoring and helping them debug issues • Ensure strong team collaboration • Drive team communication • Mentor and upskill team members, promote best practices, and guide technical growth • Ability to demonstrate Reason One’s core values day to day • Participation in our B Corp mandate to improve our social and environmental impact
