• Enhance leadership position in Dermatology • Create and develop a robust customer engagement strategy • Act as the main point of contact for opinion leaders • Expand and strengthen dermatology footprint • Increase efficiencies of interactions with Arcutis • Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships • Represent Arcutis at events • Serve as primary point of contact for Regional Opinion Leaders (ROL) • Enable single point of contact experience for ROLs • Lead the ROL strategy and engagement plan • Partner with teams to identify thought leaders • Gather actionable commercial information • Support promotional speaker identification and training • Partner to develop an annual advisory board plan • Develop regional and local congress strategy with clear objectives
