• Support the Sales and Sales Operations Departments with reporting and business insight for use across all sales channels. • Develop, test, and implement standardized reporting utilizing Tableau, CRM Dynamics, Business Intelligence (BI), and Excel. • Troubleshoot dashboards/reports, verify overall data quality, and apply adjustments to close reporting gaps. • Calculate sales accruals and commissions on a monthly basis, update and provide statements to sales associates, and ensure payouts are timely and accurate. • Troubleshoot sales associates' issues with commission calculations, ensure solution and communicate directly with the manager and sales representative. • Enable new insights for the field to action, while partnering with the BI and Finance teams to drive growth initiatives.
