Job Description

As a Private Wealth Client Service Associate , you will play a key role as a trusted partner to both clients and Wealth Managers on a prestigious Boston-based team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-performing wealth management practice while building meaningful client relationships in a dynamic, client-focused environment. In this role, you will provide essential day-to-day support that enhances the effectiveness of Wealth Managers, leveraging your strong administrative and operational skills to help drive business growth and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, process transactions with accuracy and efficiency, support client onboarding, and maintain meticulous records—all while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Success in this role requires a commitment to service excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships. Your passion and contributions will be integral to the seamless operation of the practice and the long-term success of both clients and the advisory team. Primary Responsibilities Include: Proactively address and resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the wealth manager as necessary. Develop and nurture positive relationships with high-net-worth clients, wealth managers, and wealth management team members. Oversee the execution of daily transactions. Assist with client onboarding processes, including but not limited to the establishment of new accounts. Uphold compliance standards by obtaining and maintaining the requisite account documentation. Monitor pending transactions to ensure their prompt and complete resolution. Job Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 or 63/65 licenses (SIE required at a minimum)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job-related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, combined with a strong emphasis on client-focused approaches.
  • Background in private wealth management industry is advantageous
  • Hours & Work Schedule
  • Hours per Week: 40 (overtime eligible)
  • Work Schedule: Monday- Friday
  • 4 days in office/1 day WFH
  • Hiring Location: Boylston Steet - Boston, MA
  • Pay Transparency
  • The salary range for this position is $35.57 - $40.87 per hour with an opportunity to earn overtime as well as additional discretionary incentives.
