Job Description
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for unique and multimodal datasets.
• Train and evaluate frontier-scale models; own the loop from idea to prototype to production.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with researchers to discover new methods.
Job Requirements
- Are a self-starter who thrives on coding autonomy and project collaboration.
- Have deep ML chops (PyTorch/JAX), strong engineering fundamentals, and a record of shipping research to production.
- Prefer clear principles, low ego and prefer collaboration over titles and politics.
- Frontier labs experience (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepMind); or
- Novel discovery through published work (NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR); or
- Founded or led an AI/research company; or
- Standout independent achievement (leading major open-source, top-tier role, etc.).
