Job Description

• Partner closely with your manager and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that grow the Services portfolio • Develop and refine a robust install base funnel to increase customer awareness and drive sales opportunities • Optimize service as a product and support commercial growth through new service models, strategies, and commercial activation • Track and analyze commercial performance and cost to serve financials using data analytics; optimize offerings and initiatives based on data insights • Support the development of promotional, educational, and clinical support materials for new and existing products • Partner with Marketing, Sales and Finance to implement pricing strategies and service sales enablement or growth programs • Build and maintain competitive intelligence to inform product positioning and sales training • Align with cross-functional teams (R&D, S&OP, Quality, Regulatory, Sales, Customer Experience, Operations) to ensure commercial success • Analyze market research to identify trends, unmet needs, and growth opportunities • Drive portfolio optimization initiatives for the Services segment

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in marketing preferably with Services segment or relevant market area
  • Understanding of P&L ownership and financial levers that drive product profitability
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements to inform strategic decisions
  • Experience supporting pricing strategies, margin optimization, and cost management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device marketing or related roles
  • Understanding of marketing principles and tools
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
