Job Description

• Responsible for the support, optimization, and enhancement of software applications • Evaluate software releases and analyze business needs • Troubleshoot application issues and recommend solutions to improve processes • Conduct workflow assessments to identify functional requirements • Collaborate with business and clinical stakeholders • Provide on-call application support • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide guidance to lower-level analysts
