Job Description
• Own the strategy, design, and execution of platform integrations
• Build and scale a high-performing integrations team
• Ensure robustness, security, and HIPAA compliance of integrations
• Collaborate closely with Product, Clinical, Security, and Customer Success teams
• Deliver EHR connectors and define integration roadmap
• Audit current integrations and define service level agreements
• Establish gold-standard CI/CD and reduce integration incident rate
• Recruit, mentor, and grow an integrations team
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience managing and scaling teams
- Deep integrations experience across industries
- Strong system design skills such as microservices and REST or gRPC
- Hands-on coding in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript
- CI/CD and cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Security and compliance knowledge (HIPAA and SOC 2)
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
- Experience at a Series A or B AI or healthcare startup
- Working knowledge of ML, AI, and LLMs
