Job Description
• Own strategy and performance across core channels like Meta and Instagram.
• Evaluate, test, and unlock new opportunities across platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest.
• Blend hands-on platform execution with strategic influence, managing significant budgets.
• Partner closely with Marketing Operations, Content, Brand, SDRs, and Finance.
• Optimize performance through disciplined optimization and creative experimentation.
• Build scalable systems that improve performance over time.
• Monitor performance daily, identifying risks and opportunities tied to spend efficiency and outcomes.
• Design and run structured experiments across creative, formats, audiences, and messaging.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on paid social experience with clear accountability for CPA and ROAS
- Deep expertise in Meta and Instagram Ads; campaign structure, targeting, creative testing, bidding, and optimization
- Proven experience managing large-scale, seven-figure budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and performance
- Experience operating as a hands-on individual contributor, directly managing campaigns, budgets, and optimizations
- Strong creative-performance instincts and experience with ad types, with the ability to translate insights into effective ad testing frameworks
- Highly analytical, able to diagnose performance issues and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards, reporting, and performance narratives
- Comfort partnering with Marketing Operations and Analytics to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Sales/SDRs, and Finance
