• Solve a dynamic set of user and infrastructure problems
• Ship new product launches and platform capabilities
• Design reusable services and abstractions

• Evolve a legacy codebase
Job Requirements
- 4–5 years of backend development experience
- Strong foundation in languages like Python or Java
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
- Strong systems thinking
- Ability to balance short-term velocity with long-term maintainability
- Understanding of API contracts and shared infrastructure
- Ability to connect backend work to measurable business impact
- Quick iteration and delivery of MVPs
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams
- Collaborative mindset
