• Understand your assigned business area's processes, goals, and strategies deeply. • Partner with business stakeholders to clarify and articulate problem statements, gaps, and desired outcomes. • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping to elicit and document business requirements. • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, functional specifications, wireframes, and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with Scrum Team members to ensure delivered solutions align with business requirements and user expectations. • Support production support by clarifying business needs and process when needed. • Support QA by clarifying requirements and edge cases when asked. • Lead UAT coordination by testing the happy path, staging upstream data when required, and partnering with business stakeholders to design test cases for complex scenarios. • Maintain business alignment and stakeholder engagement throughout the development lifecycle. • Support change management and post-deployment validation. • Continuously assess solution effectiveness and recommend enhancements. • Maintain key process maps and documentation for reference across the IT Team.
