• Partner with project managers and stakeholders to identify practical opportunities to apply AI to real business challenges • Identify repetitive and time-intensive tasks and prototype AI-enabled solutions to reduce administrative effort and improve consistency • Design and test structured prompts or custom AI assistants to support repeatable tasks such as meeting minutes, action tracking, and standardized reporting • Evaluate results, gather feedback, and recommend refinements or next steps • Document findings and create simple playbooks to support continued adoption after the internship • Support additional strategic initiatives as assigned
